You’ll join a collaborative, cross-functional team of developers, brokers, marketers, and product specialists based in our Sydney office — all working together to build great products and deliver game-changing customer experiences.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Work across a range of frontend and backend projects — from user-facing tools to behind-the-scenes systems.
• Contribute to development sprints, collaborating with designers, product owners, and other devs to bring features to life.
• Troubleshoot bugs and implement robust, maintainable fixes.
• Assist in the design of scalable systems and services.
• Take part in code reviews, testing, and documentation to support quality and growth.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and share your knowledge with the wider team.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of full stack development experience.
• Solid skills in JavaScript/TypeScript and React. Bonus if you’ve worked with Next.js.
• Experience working with databases like MySQL and MongoDB.
• Familiarity with Node.js, microservice environments, Docker and/or Kubernetes is a big plus.
• Comfortable integrating with third-party APIs.
• Strong communicator — able to work well in a team and clearly explain technical decisions.
• Bonus points if you have experience working with PHP, Laravel, experience in fintech or leading and mentoring junior developers.
