We’re looking for a talented and motivated Mobile App Developer to design, build, and maintain high-quality mobile applications. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about mobile technologies, user experience, and delivering reliable, scalable apps in a remote-first environment.
🎯 Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain mobile applications for iOS and/or Android
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to define app features
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
- Optimize applications for performance, security, and scalability
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical discussions
- Stay up to date with mobile development trends and best practices
- 1–3 years of experience in mobile app development or relevant personal/projects
- Proficiency in at least one mobile development framework or language:
- iOS: Swift / Objective-C
- Android: Kotlin / Java
- Cross-platform: Flutter or React Native
- Understanding of RESTful APIs and mobile app architecture
- Experience with version control systems (Git)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment
- Fluent in English
- Based in Australia with the legal right to work full-time
- Experience publishing apps to the App Store or Google Play
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for mobile apps
- Knowledge of mobile security best practices
- Experience working in Agile or Scrum teams
- Fully remote role within Australia
