Role Description

• Shape our product roadmap and technical decisions - your ideas matter from day one
• Build end-to-end features: from ML-powered anomaly detection to the dashboards that display them
• Take full ownership of problems: "this compliance automation feature isn't working well" becomes your challenge to solve
• Work directly with customers and translate their pain points into solutions

You should be:

• A generalist comfortable across the stack - we need someone who can jump between APIs endpoints, frontend work, and AI engine implementation
• Someone who takes responsibility - when something breaks or needs building, you figure it out
• Eager to learn - today it's compliance tech, tomorrow it might be a new AWS service
• 3-5 years into your career but ready to punch above your weight

Our stack (but we care more about your mindset than specific tools):

• Python, AWS (Lambda, API Gateway), Angular
• ML frameworks for real-time monitoring and automated insights
