1000+ Insurance brokers and 50+ underwriting companies log into Insly every day to design and launch their insurance products, manage business-critical operations and support writing over €1bn in premiums. But we’re just getting started.

We are seeking an experienced Full-Stack Developer to develop innovative tools for the insurance industry. You will build great user experiences, write and maintain scalable code, and ensure code quality and performance. Proficiency in PHP (Laravel), React, PostgreSQL, Docker, AWS deployment, and REST API optimization is essential, along with strong troubleshooting skills and a collaborative mindset.

About The Role

What you will be doing:

• Build great user experiences.
• Write and maintain modular and scalable code.
• Be responsible for code quality and performance.
• Contribute with analysis and solutions to fulfil business requirements.
• Support your fellow developers and work closely with the wider team of architects, product owners, analysts etc.
• Collaborate to find the most efficient and effective solutions.
  
  

Skills you will need to have:

• Proficiency in working with PHP (Laravel) from the backend side and React for frontend.
• Solid experience with PostgreSQL and Docker.
• Have experience with deploying build solution to AWS.
• Understanding how to build, optimise and maintain REST APIs.
• Excellent knowledge of troubleshooting, debugging practices and techniques.
• General can-do attitude and critical thinking.
• Good verbal and written English.
