Our client, an international telecommunications company, is recruiting for a Senior Network Engineer to join their business in Germany.

Job Responsibilities:
- IP project delivery, support, maintenance, cutover, migration and troubleshooting, Huawei IP product and technical solution development &implementation.
- IP network architecture design, technical requirement clarification and customer training.
- Help customers to build IP networks with availability and functionality to achieve their business goals.
- Planning and execution of IP network tests
- Interface with customers, perform customer demo and POC testing
- Provide Technical support to customers and partners.
- Support the preparation of delivery documents.
- As technical director lead technical team or partner to delivery project, Responsible for technical management, technical issue clarification, and guidance for junior engineers to deliver the project.
- Part-time as project manager in some small projects.
- Domestic travel for business support may be required
Job Requirements:
- At least 5+ years of Network Architecture related working experience in the IT industry.
- Huawei Certifications is a plus.
- Must have good knowledge of Huawei product lines and technology.
- Networking: Layer 2 (Spanning tree, M-lag, Eth-trunk, VLAN, VxLAN, Trill, etc), Layer 3 switching /routing (OSPF, ISIS, BGP, MPLS, and IPv4/6), DNS/DHCP WAN/ISP, basics of higher layer protocols: SSL/TLS, HTTP, real-time traffic (voice/video),
- At the same time with access network and transmission technology priority or with SUSE technology priority
- Working knowledge of Network/Infrastructure Security technologies (Firewall, access control, intrusion detection, intrusion prevention, administrative access control·
- Fluency in Germany and English.
