đ Full-time | Fintech / Payments Industry
đ” Salary: starting from EUR 1800 monthly NETTO
We are a growing fintech company at a stage where numbers really matter - and so does how they are produced.
We are looking for someone who is comfortable doing the work manually today, but is genuinely motivated to automate it tomorrow.
Someone who doesnât just reconcile numbers - but asks why, how, and how to make it easier next time.
This role sits within the Finance team and combines operational execution with analytical thinking and process improvement.
What you will do
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations of transactions across multiple sources
- Prepare regular financial and operational reports
- Investigate discrepancies and ensure data accuracy
- Maintain and improve reconciliation logic and reporting structure
- Identify opportunities to reduce manual work through automation
- Support implementation of automated tools, scripts, or system integrations
- Gradually turn âmanual spreadsheetsâ into reliable, automated processes
What we are looking for
- Experience in finance operations, reconciliation, payments
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Analytical mindset - you like understanding how data flows
- Genuine interest in process improvement and automation
- Comfortable working with data (Excel / Google Sheets at minimum)
- Ability to think beyond âjust doing tasksâ
- Proactive attitude: you see inefficiencies and want to fix them
Nice to have (but not required):
- Experience with fintech, payments, or high-volume transactions
- Experience automating reports or reconciliations
- Basic SQL, Python, or BI tools
- Understanding of APIs or data integrations
This role is NOT for you if
- You only want to do repetitive tasks without questioning them
- You are not interested in improving or automating processes
- You expect everything to be perfectly structured from day one
Why this role is interesting
- You will have real impact on how financial processes are built
- Youâll help shape systems from early stages, not just use them
- Youâll grow from âdoingâ to âowningâ processes
- Youâll work in a team that values clarity, responsibility, and smart solutions
What you will really get out of this role
â A real seat at the table
You wonât be âjust reconciling numbers.â Your work will directly influence how our financial operations are built, scaled, and automated. If something doesnât make sense â youâre expected to say it and help fix it.
đ ïž Freedom to build things the right way
This is not a legacy-heavy environment. Youâll have the space to test tools, redesign processes, and turn manual chaos into systems that actually work - and stay working.
đ From manual work to smart automation
Yes, youâll start with hands-on reconciliations and reports. But the real value of your role is moving us from âwe do it manuallyâ to âit runs reliably on its own.â Youâll be encouraged - and supported - to automate.
đ Growth that follows your strengths
Want to grow deeper into finance analytics? Process automation? Payments operations? Or eventually lead a function? We donât box people in - we help them grow where theyâre strongest.
đ± A culture where clarity, calm, and integrity matter
We value people who stay thoughtful under pressure, take responsibility, and care about doing things properly. Your judgment will be trusted, especially when things are not straightforward.
đ§ Smart, grounded people around you
No egos, no politics. Just people who care about the product, the business, and each other. We challenge ideas, not personalities.
đ§ Flexibility and trust by default
We care about outcomes, not micromanagement. Youâll have the autonomy to organize your work, your time, and your focus - with trust comes responsibility, and weâre good with that.
đ Why this role exists
Because at a certain stage of a fintech company, itâs not about doing more manual work - itâs about doing things smarter. And weâre ready for that step. Are you ready? đ«”
