Product Owner / Product Manager required for rolling 6-month contract based in Dublin City centre (D2). This is an opportunity to work with a cutting-edge Fintech to help create best in class customer experience.
This is an in-office role and rates are 475-525 / day
Responsibilities:
- SME on the customer experience digital channel
- Identify customer needs / define business requirements - gather business requirements and write user stories
- Define product vision and road-map
- Coordinate the Agile development day to day tasks (daily stand-ups, sprint planning meetings etc)
- Create and maintain a product backlog
- Work with UX to define user experience features
- Lead and manage Digital teams to drive delivery
Requirements
- 4+ years relevant Product Owner / Manager experience
- B2C product experience in e-commerce / payments / Fintech domain.
- Experience with Jira or similar Agile backlog management tools
- Experience in managing Agile delivery
- Experience in use case development, UAT, Product documentation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
