Overview:

A leading FS company based in Dublin are seeking an AI Strategy and Solutions Engineer to drive advanced AI initiatives that power innovation across our products. This senior role requires an AI expert skilled in deploying impactful solutions across fraud detection, risk assessment, and customer insights in a collaborative, data-rich environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic AI Development: Create and implement AI strategies aligned with business goals to enhance product capabilities and customer insights.

- Model Development and Deployment: Design, build, and deploy AI models for critical areas like fraud prevention, risk scoring, and segmentation.

- AI Agent Innovation: Lead the development of AI agents that leverage data to deliver predictive analytics and proactive solutions.

- LLM Integration: Manage the secure deployment and fine-tuning of large language models (LLMs) to maximize data utility and accuracy.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with data engineering, product, and analytics teams to integrate AI solutions seamlessly into our ecosystem.

- Research and Development: Drive AI research, staying at the forefront of NLP, generative AI, and reinforcement learning for practical, scalable solutions.

- Mentorship and Leadership: Foster a culture of AI excellence, providing mentorship and advancing best practices in MLOps and model optimization.

- AI Vision Contribution: Contribute to the organization’s AI vision, embedding AI capabilities to support future growth.

Qualifications:

- AI Expertise: Extensive experience in AI or machine learning with a record of leading large-scale AI projects.

- Technical Skills: Mastery in ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and cloud platforms, especially AWS.

- LLM Experience: Proven experience in large language models within secure, high-volume data environments.

- Core Skills: Proficiency in Python, SQL, data pipelines, and MLOps best practices.

- Communication: Strong problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to simplify complex AI concepts for diverse audiences.

Familiarity with reinforcement learning, generative AI, NLP, and graph analytics is a plus.
