Team Lead for Google Advertising (M/F)

Your Tasks Will Include
- Leading and coordinating the team in the area of Google Ads advertising (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping).
- Strategic planning, preparation, and execution of effective campaigns within the Google advertising environment.
- Monitoring campaign performance, analyzing data, and regularly reporting on results.
- Optimizing campaigns to achieve the highest possible ROI.
- Collaborating with other departments (creative, sales, product development) to achieve common goals.
- At least 3 years of experience managing Google Ads campaigns (including Performance Max, Search, Display, YouTube).
- Excellent understanding of web analytics and user journeys (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, etc.).
- Reliability, proactiveness, and the ability for strategic thinking.
- Ability to lead a team and communicate effectively.
- A desire to learn, follow trends, and find new solutions.
