About the role
As a Designer at Bombayworks you work across the full spectrum of UX and UI for digital products – mainly websites, apps and services. You are responsible both for how things work and how they look: from structuring pages and flows so users understand where they are and what to do, to creating a strong visual expression that feels modern and on-brand.
You’ll usually work with several clients and projects in parallel, which means you get to learn from different industries and business challenges while re-using patterns and best practices across your work.
A big part of the role is turning business and user needs into concepts, user journeys, wireframes and visual designs in Figma. You’ll work closely with clients – joining or leading creative workshops, gathering input, presenting ideas and iterating based on feedback and data – and you’ll collaborate tightly with project managers, developers, content specialists and other designers.
When needed, you’ll also support with brand work, social media assets, presentation material and graphic facilitation.
We believe you have
- At least 3 years of experience in digital design (agency or in-house), including working with several clients/projects in parallel
- Confidence in both UX and UI – from user flows and page structure to final visual design and components
- Figma as your main design tool, and you can move smoothly from rough ideas to prototypes and handover-ready designs
- A portfolio with modern digital projects that shows clear UX thinking and strong visual execution; including some work with motion graphics, reels or short video assets
Strong communication and collaboration skills with clients and colleagues, including taking an active role in creative workshops
Fluency in Swedish and English, spoken and written
