We are looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer to work on a Digital product development with our client in Malmo.

The candidate will be presented to the Client as part of the recruitment process and if selected, the candidate will be employed by us.

The assignment will be based out of Malmo in client office and you are expected to work on Hybrid model from office.

Required Skills

·      Experience with design systems for large-scale, global organisations, including system architecture, component design, and pattern library management.

·      Proficiency in Figma, Jira, and Confluence to effectively collaborate, document, and manage workflows within our existing toolset.

·      Good skills in needs refinement, user testing, and quality assurance, ensuring the design system meets practical requirements and maintains high usability standards.

·      Good communication and collaboration skills, with a user-centered approach to the design process, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams and gathering feedback from stakeholders.

·      Experience in Agile workflows and iterative design processes.

·      Familiarity with accessibility standards and best practices for inclusive design.
