WHO WE NEED (Must-Haves)

Senior ML Engineers ready to deliver Day 1 on complex systems:

ML Engineering Expertise:

• Production ML models (PyTorch/TensorFlow) at scale
• Model optimization, quantization, distillation
• End-to-end MLOps (MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow)

Agentic & Production Experience:

• ML for agent frameworks (LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen)
• Real-time inference, model serving (TensorRT, ONNX)
• Feature stores, online learning, A/B testing infra

Production Focus:

• Model monitoring, drift detection, retraining pipelines
• CI/CD for ML, containerization (Docker/K8s)
• RAG/ML integration (strong bonus)
