WHAT YOU’LL DO
As a HR Change Specialist, you lead and deliver across all HR areas connected to organizational change, you are confident to design the required processes end-to-end and advising senior stakeholders with clarity.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead, plan, and execute people process design within organizational changes—from design to implementation.
- Act as Subject Matter Expert for all people‑impact topics connected to change (staffing, transitions, process integrity, and governance).
- Drive organizational design conversations with senior leaders, challenging structures, operating models, and leadership layers to improve clarity and effectiveness.
- Contribute with input for clear, structured change communication and align plans with project timelines and milestones.
- Facilitate critical workshops (leadership teams, steering groups, alignment boards) to crystallize future state and decision paths.
- Build capability: design and deliver trainings for HR Business Line, Managers, and teams on staffing, change management, and leader support.
- Work closely with Labour Law and People Relations; participate in union consultations to ensure alignment and well‑founded decisions.
- Maintain and continuously improve tools, guidelines, handbooks, and process documentation related to organizational change and people processes.
- Collaborate across Global Business Functions and Regions, with business leaders and HR, Controlling, Communications, People Services, Change Leads and Consultants to deliver with quality and pace.
WHO YOU ARE
You’re an experienced HR professional with exceptional integrity and deep expertise in organizational change and staffing. You bring structure and calm to complex moments and communicate with clarity and empathy. You’re comfortable influencing senior leaders and acting as a guardrail for transparency, compliance, and professionalism, balancing strategic perspective with hands‑on delivery.
To succeed in this role, you also have:
- 8+ years of experience in HR, change, or people‑impact roles.
- Proven expertise in staffing processes and organizational change.
- Experience in organizational design, workforce planning, or similar strategic HR areas.
- Experience collaborating with Labour Law and participating in union consultations.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to coach leaders and facilitate alignment across diverse contexts.
