Your mission
We are seeking a talented, detail-oriented and proactive Project Manager to join our team at Ireckonu! As a Project Manager, you will be the key person behind all our projects to help us maintain high-quality connections with our clients. From leading the planning, execution, to the delivery across cross-functional teams, you will be owner of every aspect of our projects. You will make sure that our business goals are aligned with technical implementations, while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders and customers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality outcomes.

We are seeking a talented, detail-oriented and proactive Project Manager to join our team at Ireckonu! Your Main Responsibilities Will Be
- Translate defined projects scope into clear goals, while maintaining clarity and aligning resources
- Maintain an updated project roadmap
- Coordinate and monitor the execution to ensure progress aligns with plans and timelines
- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and keep teams aligned, while providing regular updates and status reports
- Manage scope changes, assess impact on timelines, and provide clear communication of adjustments
- Proactively identify potential risks and come up with mitigation strategies
- Collaborate with developers to ensure deliverables meet established quality standards
- Coordinate with developers and Product/CSM teams to ensure test-cases are well-defined and validated
- Facilitate refinement sessions to ensure clarity of requirements
- Refine backlog items and define detailed acceptance criteria with the team
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive project documentation
- Support continuous process improvement initiatives
- 3+ years of hands-on experience managing cross-functional projects, preferably in the hospitality tech industry
- Previous experience working in a startup/scaleup environment or having a scaleup mindset is a strong plus
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum)
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing requirements, while being willing to improve processes
- Previous experience working in a product company or having a product mindset is a plus
- Excellent communication and ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Great at collaboration, organization and stakeholder management
- Resilient, proactive and adaptable, with a detail-oriented approach
