Job Summary
The Next Chapter System Platform (NCSP) is the new foundation for everything we do at Tetra Pak. It's a strategic programme to standardise, harmonise, and simplify our ways of working across the company. The programme will do this by building two elements of our operating model:
- Our future technology and data foundation
- Our future process landscape
This is a multi-year transformation starting with the first pilot in Iberia, followed by several further pilots and implementation waves based on geographical scope. At the heart of this is our ERP replacement with SAP S/4HANA.
With NCSP programme, we'll build more than a platform, we'll create the foundation for Tetra Pak's success for the next 70 years and beyond.
Programme Management Office of NCSP is responsible for six key areas related to the overall programme.
- Methods & Tools - Centre of Governance & Compliance
- Planning & Execution - Strategic & Integrated Planning
- Risk & Quality - Delivery & Quality Assurance
- Dependencies Management - Manage Programme Dependencies
- Resource Planning & Control - Resource & Capacity Management
- Solution Delivery Centre PMO - Delivery Planning and Execution
in each project that drives the implementation from initiation to deployment
according to the programme rollout plan.
- Project PMO Network - Consistent Execution of PMO Practices
- Project for implementation in Modena Packaging Solutions
- Project for implementation in South Europe region
What You Will Do
As a Project PMO Manager within the NCSP Programme, you will play a key role in driving project success by providing operational support to project leads and ensuring effective planning and control. This position is critical for maintaining alignment with programme objectives and delivering high-quality outcomes.
Key Areas In Your Role
- Act as planning coordinator and controlling function, ensuring proper methods and procedures are applied to secure progress and mitigate risks and issues.
- Supports resource and capacity planning and working with the Central PMO to maintain ring-fenced resources.
- Maintain the project roadmap and plans, ensuring alignment with programme steering and strategic objectives.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues to ensure project stability and success.
- Prepare and coordinate tollgate reviews, track progress, and secure necessary approvals.
- Manage and monitor scope changes, ensuring deviations are reviewed, approved, and aligned with programme goals.
- Ensure adherence to established methodologies, standards, and frameworks to maintain quality and consistency.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of PMO practices based on insights and lessons learned.
- Strong experience (at least 5-8 years) in project management or PMO roles within complex programmes.
- PMP certificate or equivalent University degree.
- Excellent planning, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of project governance frameworks and risk management practices.
- Experience from managing cross functional project teams.
- Fluent English skills.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, communication skills, analytical skills, change management skills.
- Capability to maneuver through highly complex political and cultural situations effectively
