About the Role

We are building the mobile applications for our next-generation airline retailing platform from the ground up — and we're looking for experienced React Native developers to join our core team. You will architect and develop mobile experiences that will reach millions of travelers worldwide, using modern architecture and cutting-edge technologies.

This is a greenfield opportunity to shape the mobile foundation of a global-scale platform that will transform airline retailing. If you enjoy working at the intersection of modern React Native ecosystem, native platforms, and scalable architecture, this role is a great fit.

Responsibilities

• Architect the mobile platform from scratch using modern React Native technologies and best practices
• Develop innovative and scalable modules to deliver seamless retailing experiences for end users
• Design high-performance integrations between native and React Native layers
• Lead code review processes and establish test-driven development (TDD) culture within the team
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex business requirements into elegant technical solutions
• Set up and maintain CI/CD automation pipelines for mobile deployments
• Mentor team members and drive engineering excellence (for Lead position)

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical-Electronics Engineering, Mathematics, or related engineering disciplines
• For Lead position: 10+ years of professional software development experience
• For Senior position: 5+ years of professional software development experience
• Proven experience working on high-traffic B2C projects that reached millions of users
• Experience building products from scratch or leading large-scale refactoring initiatives with architectural decision-making responsibility
• Advanced expertise in the modern React Native ecosystem, with professional experience using frameworks like Expo (EAS, Development Builds)
• Expert-level knowledge of React Navigation, state management (Redux Toolkit, Zustand, or MobX), React Query, Axios, and Reanimated
• Deep knowledge of at least one native platform (iOS with Swift or Android with Kotlin) and experience with native module integration (Turbo Modules / JSI)
• Hands-on experience setting up CI/CD automation pipelines from scratch using Bitrise, Fastlane, Jenkins, or Appcircle
• English proficiency at B1 level or above

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with TypeScript in large-scale React Native applications
• Knowledge of performance optimization techniques for mobile applications
• Experience with automated testing frameworks (Jest, Detox, or similar)
• Familiarity with mobile analytics and monitoring tools
• Understanding of airline or travel industry domain knowledge
• Experience with GraphQL or modern API architectures

Preferred Knowledge

• Strong analytical problem-solving skills with ability to simplify complex business rules into technical implementations
• Visionary thinking — ability to combine architectural freedom with responsibility and technical vision in greenfield projects
• Leadership and mentorship capabilities (for Lead candidates) — ability to define engineering culture and provide technical guidance to the team
• Fast learner who can quickly grasp airline retailing dynamics and combine them with technological innovations
• Experience working in agile development environments
