This is a senior Executive Assistant role based full-time in Dubai, offering an exciting relocation opportunity for experienced UK and international candidates looking to take the next step in a truly global business environment.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing a complex, ever-changing calendar covering board meetings, delegations, internal reviews, and external engagements.
- Preparing high-quality briefing materials, board packs, presentations, and talking points.
- Acting as trusted gatekeeper for all professional communications.
- Liaising with C-suite leaders, board members, government officials, VVIP stakeholders, and strategic partners.
- Coordinating complex international business and personal travel in partnership with the Personal Assistant, often at short notice.
- Tracking actions, projects, and deadlines to ensure the Chairman is always fully briefed.
- Supporting strategic proposals, executive presentations, and high-level correspondence.
- Maintaining absolute discretion and confidentiality at all times.
What We’re Looking For

- Exceptional flexibility and availability, with the ability to respond to changing priorities and international time zones.
- Outstanding organisational, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
- A polished, confident presence with senior leaders and government-level stakeholders.
- Willingness and enthusiasm to relocate to Dubai and be fully office-based.
Experience & Background
- 8–15 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant or Chief of Staff–style support to a Chairman or UHNWI.
- Strong track record managing international calendars, high-level stakeholders, and confidential matters.
- Experience coordinating international travel, board meetings, and high-profile engagements.
- Background in family office, investment, private equity, sovereign wealth fund, or similar environments is strongly preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
- Equivalent UK salary: £100,000–£120,000, dependent on experience, plus benefits.
