As Product Manager – Growth, your mission is to identify, test, and scale impactful initiatives that accelerate user acquisition, activation, conversion, and engagement across our digital trading platforms. You will drive high-velocity experimentation, growth loops, and conversion funnels in collaboration with cross-functional teams including data, marketing, product design, tech, and commercial stakeholders. Your success will directly impact KPIs such as FTD growth, ARPU, trial-to-deposit conversion, and product-qualified leads.
Key Responsibilities:
Growth Strategy & Roadmap
- Define and maintain the product growth roadmap aligned with strategic business goals.
- Identify growth opportunities across user acquisition, onboarding, activation, retention, and upsell based on data, insights, and competitive intelligence.
Experimentation & Funnel Optimization
- Design and execute A/B tests and rapid MVP experiments to improve key metrics (e.g., sign-up conversion, KYC completion, first deposit, product activation).
- Champion a test-and-learn culture using evidence-based prioritization (ICE/RICE scoring, North Star/KPI impact).
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Collaborate with marketing, onboarding, design, tech, and analytics teams to deliver high-impact experiments and features.
- Lead cross-functional sprints to optimize landing pages, referral flows, trial journeys, in-product messaging, and campaign hooks.
User-Centric Design & Feedback Loops
- Run qualitative and quantitative research to uncover barriers to activation, retention, and referral.
- Work closely with Design to prototype and test new flows that drive behavioral nudges and engagement.
Product Ownership & Delivery
- Own the end-to-end delivery of growth features from problem definition through to launch and post-launch iteration.
- Maintain the backlog, write clear user stories, and ensure sprint deliverables align with the roadmap and growth KPIs.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of product management experience with at least 2+ years focused on growth or experimentation.
- Strong command of growth loops, conversion funnels, behavioral triggers, and cohort-based metrics.
- Experience in the fintech, brokerage, trading, or consumer financial services space.
- Proven record of driving user or revenue growth through digital product initiatives.
- Proficient in A/B testing tools, user analytics (PowerBI) and experimentation frameworks.
- Deep understanding of agile delivery, MVPs and product development.
- Commercial acumen to balance user needs with business viability and stakeholder goals.
- Hands-on experience working with marketing/growth engineering teams and funnel optimization.
- Strong storytelling skills – able to communicate growth opportunities, trade-offs, and results to senior stakeholders.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action and rapid iteration.
