Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with strong Agile expertise to lead medium-to-large scale custom software development projects, digital applications, citizen-facing portals, and internal platforms. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies, experience managing cross-functional teams, and exposure to ERP/CRM systems for integration and enhancement projects. You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to high-quality standards, while aligning with governance, security, and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Agile Delivery for Custom Software Projects

• Manage end-to-end project lifecycle using Agile Scrum, Kanban, and Hybrid Agile/Waterfall approaches as needed.
• Facilitate sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Foster collaboration between Product Owners, Developers, QA, UX/UI, and DevOps teams.

1. End-to-End Project Management

• Develop project charters, roadmaps, schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Define scope, prioritize features, and track progress using Agile metrics (velocity, burn-down, cycle time).
• Identify, track, and mitigate risks, dependencies, and issues.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation throughout the SDLC.

1. Requirements & Backlog Management

• Collaborate with Business Stakeholders, Product Owners, Solution Architects, Security, and QA teams.
• Translate high-level requirements into Epics, Features, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria.
• Ensure user stories are clear, testable, and aligned with business objectives.

1. Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Coordination

• Manage stakeholders across various departments including Service Management, IT Operations, Security, Cloud/Infrastructure, Digital & Application Teams, and Data Management.
• Facilitate workshops, alignment sessions, demos, and steering committee meetings.
• Ensure transparent communication and documentation across all parties.

1. Agile Governance & Best Practices

• Promote Agile best practices, DevOps alignment, and iterative delivery.
• Coach teams on Scrum ceremonies, Agile mindset, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure adherence to software development governance, documentation, and architecture standards.
• Support CI/CD implementation, code quality gates, and security checks.

1. Manage Integrations with ERP/CRM Systems

• Oversee small-to-medium enhancement projects involving ERP modules (Finance, HR, Procurement) and CRM workflows.
• Coordinate with ERP/CRM vendors and internal teams to ensure requirement alignment.
• Ensure seamless integration of custom applications with enterprise systems.

1. Quality Assurance & DevSecOps Coordination

• Define QA strategy including Functional, Integration, UAT, and Automated Testing.
• Collaborate with DevSecOps to implement SAST/DAST scanning, secure coding practices, and pipeline compliance.
• Guarantee production readiness and smooth deployment processes.

1. Documentation, Reporting & Governance

• Produce high-quality project documentation including Project Plans, Sprint Artefacts, RACI, RAID Logs, Release Notes, and Architecture Alignment Documents.
• Prepare weekly/monthly status updates, dashboards, and executive reports.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 8–12 years of project management experience, including:
• 5+ years managing Agile custom software development projects.
• 2–3 years of exposure to ERP/CRM enhancement or integration projects.
• Proven experience delivering enterprise-grade web/mobile applications and managing multi-team software programs.
• Experience working with distributed or cross-functional Agile teams.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, GitLab, or similar tools.

Skills & Competencies:

• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of SDLC, microservices, APIs, integration patterns, UX/UI processes, and DevOps/CI/CD pipelines. Knowledge of ERP/CRM systems (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, Salesforce) is a plus.
• Project Management Skills: Expert in Agile/Scrum frameworks, planning, estimation, prioritization, vendor management, and contract evaluation.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, facilitation, conflict resolution, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities. Highly organized with a focus on delivery and quality.

Preferred Certifications:

• PMP / PRINCE2 Practitioner
• Scrum Master (CSM, PSM)
• AgilePM or SAFe
• ITIL v4 Foundation
• ERP/CRM Certification (optional but beneficial)
