Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager with a proven track record of delivering high-end F&B and luxury restaurant projects in the UAE for a PMC/Consultancy. The ideal candidate will provide end-to-end project management, from initial design through to construction, fit-out, and final licensing. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring that world-class dining concepts are delivered on time, within budget, and to an uncompromising standard of quality.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Leadership: Lead the full project lifecycle for luxury F&B developments, ensuring seamless transition between design, shell & core, and fit-out phases.
• Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between prestigious clients, interior designers, specialist F&B consultants, and contractors.
• Financial Oversight: Manage project budgets, cash flows, and value engineering processes without compromising the aesthetic intent.
• Technical Coordination: Oversee the integration of complex MEP requirements, specialist kitchen equipment, and acoustic/lighting systems unique to high-end dining.
• Procurement Strategy: Manage the procurement of long-lead items, bespoke furniture (FF&E), and specialist materials.
• Quality Control: Rigorously monitor on-site progress to ensure high-caliber finishes and adherence to the design vision.
• Risk & Compliance: Proactively identify project risks and ensure all local authority approvals (Dubai Municipality, Civil Defence, etc.) are secured.
• Reporting: Deliver high-level executive summaries and progress reports to clients and internal leadership.

Candidate Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Experience: 10+ years of project management experience, with a minimum of 5 years specifically focused on high-end F&B or luxury hospitality projects in the UAE.
• Local Knowledge: Deep understanding of the UAE market, local contractors, and the specific regulatory landscape for restaurants.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Project or Primavera P6; experience with digital PM platforms and Procore is a plus.
• Communication: Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills; ability to manage high-pressure environments and demanding timelines.
