Product Manager – Crypto Exchange

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager with proven experience in digital asset trading platforms or crypto exchanges. This role will oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, drive innovation, and ensure market-leading user experiences across trading, wallet, and DeFi products. You will work closely with engineering, design, compliance, and operations teams to translate market insights into actionable product strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals in the crypto/digital asset space.
• Gather, prioritize, and translate market and user requirements into actionable product features.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, UX, and operations teams to deliver high quality products on time.
• Drive user experience improvements for trading interfaces, wallets, and related digital asset products.
• Monitor product performance through KPIs and analytics, iterating to maximize adoption, engagement, and revenue.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and competitive landscape to inform product decisions.
• Support cross-functional initiatives, including launches, integrations, and partnerships.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of product management experience within crypto exchanges, digital asset platforms, or blockchain-based financial products.
• Strong understanding of trading platforms, wallets, order types, and liquidity mechanisms.
• Experience with cross-functional teams, agile methodologies, and product lifecycle management.
• Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks in the digital assets space is highly desirable.
• Track record of delivering complex digital products that scale in fast-paced, high growth environments.
