You will join our Project Management community
As a Project Manager, you will work within one or more of Ramboll’s market areas – Buildings, Energy, Transport and Water – depending on your background, interests and experience. You will collaborate closely with technical specialists, discipline leads and clients, contributing to projects delivered locally, nationally and internationally.

Your Key Tasks And Responsibilities
- Support and manage projects from early phase through to completion
- Establish and maintain project scope, schedules, budgets, risk registers and quality processes
- Coordinate multidisciplinary design teams and support internal collaboration
- Ensure compliance with internal governance, contractual and quality requirements
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with clients, partners and contractors
- Manage day-to-day project activities including reporting, meetings, programmes and presentations
- Ensure coordinated, high-quality deliverables across disciplines
- Support tender activities and preparation of proposals for multidisciplinary bids
- Projects delivered to agreed cost, time and quality objectives
- Strong collaboration with design and technical teams
- Coordinated and high-quality project outputs
- Safe, sustainable and commercially sound solutions
From the moment you join Ramboll, we will support your personal and professional development. We are looking for someone with, but not limited to, the following background and skills:
- Relevant education within engineering, construction, project management or a related field
- Experience with the design and delivery of projects in one or more of the following markets: Buildings, Energy, Transport or Water
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities within a multidisciplinary environment
- Basic understanding of contracts and procurement methods (training will be provided as needed)
- Good communication skills and digital competence
- Ability to contribute to structured reporting and coordination of technical deliverables
- Interest in developing as a project manager within a consultancy environment
- Clear and confident communicator, with good listening skills
- Structured and reliable, with attention to detail
- Comfortable working across disciplines and markets
- Motivated by collaboration, sustainability and continuous improvement
