Role Overview
The Project Administrator is responsible for providing administrative and coordination support for projects, ensuring timely execution, documentation, and compliance with organizational standards. This role requires an organized professional who can utilize digital tools to improve project coordination, ensure timely delivery, and maintain accurate documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and scheduling project activities.
- Maintain project documentation, reports, and records.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for project deliverables.
- Track project progress and update stakeholders regularly.
- Handle administrative tasks such as meeting arrangements, travel coordination, and procurement support.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and project guidelines.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in project administration or coordination.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with project management software.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
- Knowledge of procurement and vendor management processes.
