Job Title: Sr. Scrum Master/Agile Coach
Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid, 4 days onsite in a week)
- Minimum 5 years proven experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or similar role in a fast-paced, Agile environment. You have facilitated PI planning, JIRA and reported on performance metrics.
- Strong understanding of Scaled Agile principles, Scrum framework, and Kanban practices.
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with team members and stakeholders effectively.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and navigate complex organizational structures.
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), or equivalent Agile certifications are preferred
