🚀 DevOps Engineer

About the Role::

We are looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer to build, automate, and optimize modern development and deployment pipelines. In this role, you will work across cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, container orchestration, and security to enable scalable, secure, and high-performing systems. You will operate independently, act as a subject matter expert, and actively contribute to team discussions and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities::

• Build and set up development tools and infrastructure using CI/CD best practices.
• Design, implement, and maintain scalable and secure end-to-end CI/CD pipelines.
• Automate cloud infrastructure, deployments, and configuration management.
• Ensure systems and pipelines are resilient against security threats.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve infrastructure and deployment challenges.
• Continuously monitor, optimize, and improve system performance, reliability, and security.
• Apply continuous improvement techniques to enhance development efficiency and delivery quality.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and best practices to drive innovation.
• Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and improvement.

Required Skills & Experience::

• Strong hands-on experience in DevOps practices and CI/CD implementation.
• Expertise in Continuous Integration, Delivery, and Deployment.
• Experience with Cloud technologies and Cloud Automation DevOps.
• Proficiency in Container Orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker).
• Solid understanding of Security best practices in DevOps environments.
• Expert proficiency in Continuous Improvement Techniques.
