Product Designer
Job Summary
We are a fast-growing technology company building and maintaining several high-performance digital platforms, including:
- Web & Mobile user-facing applications
- Payment and transaction processing systems
- Merchant dashboards and internal backoffice tools
- Multi-brand, multi-region user experiences
Our teams are based across Singapore, Taipei, and other regional offices.
As we scale, we are modernizing our product interfaces, establishing a unified design system, and enhancing usability across all products.
We are looking for a Senior Product Designer who can lead complex design initiatives, collaborate deeply with product & engineering teams, and elevate design quality throughout the ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities1. Lead end-to-end design across multiple complex product lines
- Own user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI for Web, Mobile, and internal tools.
- Drive UX/UI modernization of legacy systems to enhance usability, clarity, and consistency.
- Translate complex product logic and workflows into intuitive, user-friendly experiences.
2. Build and evolve our Design System
- Create and maintain scalable design components, visual guidelines, and interaction patterns.
- Work closely with frontend developers to ensure consistent implementation.
- Manage and apply Figma Tokens (color, typography, spacing, themes, components).
- Advocate for design consistency and maintain alignment across product teams.
3. Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and Merchant Team
- Join requirement discussions and help define clear user flows with PMs.
- Understand merchant-facing workflows, operational constraints, and regional differences.
- Facilitate design reviews, alignment workshops, and cross-team communication.
4. User research and data-driven improvements
- Conduct or support usability testing, user interviews, and heuristic evaluations.
- Analyze behavioral data to identify friction points in critical journeys (onboarding, transactions, verification, dashboards).
- Provide evidence-based UX recommendations to improve efficiency and clarity.
5. Deliver cross-platform, multi-region optimized experiences
- Design responsive layouts and ensure excellent usability across devices.
- Adapt UI/UX for different markets while maintaining a unified design language.
- Ensure accessibility, scalability, and usability in all solutions.
6. Work within Agile teams (Scrum)
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives).
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in an iterative development model.
- Provide timely design assets and feedback aligned with sprint goals and timelines.
Requirements Hard Skills
- 5+ years of experience in UI/UX or Product Design
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma, including:
- Auto Layout
- Component Variants
- Component Library management
- Design Token System (Figma Tokens)
- Advanced Prototyping
- Demonstrated experience designing complex dashboards or data-intensive interfaces
- Hands-on experience maintaining or building a Design System
- Strong knowledge of UX principles, interaction design, and information architecture
- Familiarity with frontend constraints (HTML/CSS/JS/React basics are a plus)
- Practical experience working in Agile environments, especially Scrum
