What You’ll Lead

As the Head of Generative AI & Innovation, you will guide the organisation’s AI roadmap and lead a cross-functional team to design, develop, and scale GenAI solutions across multiple business areas.

What You’ll Do

• Define and execute the organisation’s Generative AI strategy
• Identify opportunities to create business value through AI-driven innovation
• Lead teams of engineers, data scientists, and product specialists in building impactful AI solutions
• Oversee enterprise-wide AI platforms that are secure, scalable, and compliant
• Manage large-scale AI projects from ideation to implementation
• Partner closely with senior leaders and external collaborators on innovation initiatives
• Champion responsible AI governance, ethics, and compliance
• Establish KPIs and drive continuous improvement of AI models and processes

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years of experience in AI/ML, data science, or related fields Proven success delivering GenAI or advanced AI solutions in complex environments
• Strong leadership experience managing cross-functional teams
• Deep technical knowledge across machine learning, deep learning, NLP, computer vision, and GenAI architectures
• Hands-on familiarity with cloud platforms and modern ML frameworks
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business insights
• A strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills and a passion for innovation
