We are seeking an experienced Tech Risk & Cybersecurity Manager to join our team and play a critical role in strengthening our technology and cyber governance framework.

What you’ll do:

• Define, update, and manage bank-wide technology, cyber, and data management policies in partnership with technology and business teams.
• Ensure consistent implementation of policies across the bank and monitor adherence.
• Perform risk identification, assessment, and monitoring in the areas of technology, cybersecurity, and data governance.
• Manage the bank’s cyber risk management programs, including due diligence on third-party vendors, service providers, and partners.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements (e.g., MAS guidelines).
• Conduct ongoing monitoring through RCSA, KRI, and continuous assessments.
• Lead initiatives to enhance risk monitoring processes.
• Track new regulatory requirements, perform gap analyses, and drive compliance efforts.
• Stay ahead of the evolving threat landscape and adopt new technologies for proactive risk management.

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Cybersecurity.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in cybersecurity or technology risk management, preferably within financial services or banking.
• Strong knowledge of banking best practices, industry standards, and data governance frameworks.
• Deep understanding of MAS regulations and other financial regulators in the region.
• Proven track record conducting risk assessments, audits, and regulatory engagements.
• Experience owning and driving technology/cyber risk programs.
• Certifications such as CISA, CISM, CRISC, or CISSP are highly preferred.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.
