TechYard is searching for a visionary Chief Executive Officer to lead a US-based IT Services company to new heights. If you excel in revenue growth, M&A management, and possess expertise in AI and cutting-edge technologies, this role is crafted for you.

About the Role

As the CEO, you will define the company's vision and growth trajectory. Your duties will include building strategic partnerships, managing a dynamic team, and pioneering the creation of revolutionary GenAI solutions

Responsibilities

• You will be a proven CEO with deep technology professional services experience to lead the company through its next phase of growth, transitioning businesses to an AI-driven process reengineering business
• Experienced and owning your own P&L.
• The mandate requires a leader who has scaled a services organisation to $40–50m+ revenue
• Candidates from SaaS or broader technology backgrounds are welcome, but credible understanding of professional services economics and delivery is essential
• Managing upwards of 200 people.

Qualifications

• Experience: Former founder/CEO or operating CEO who has scaled a technology professional services business to $40–50m revenue, or who has run a business of equivalent scale and demonstrates strong command of utilisation models, delivery operations and consulting P&L

Required Skills

• Orientation: Either sales-led (commercial, high-energy) or technology-led (strong market vision in data/AI)
• Sector Insight: Strong grounding in data, AI, enterprise automation and process transformation

Desired Skills

Location: Hybrid - ideally be US-based, preferably in New York, Boston, or California

• Network: Being well connected within Microsoft, its partner ecosystem and adjacent platforms

Leadership Expectations:

• Lead the pivot dependency of current IT services towards a modern data- and AI-centric services portfolio. Shape C-suite buildout, refine the operating model and identify growth catalysts. Engage closely with the board.
