- Serve as the authorized Agile Team liaison with project stakeholders, including government personnel and customer agency representatives
- Coach and lead an agile team within a scaled agile framework
- Facilitate planning and execution of work during a Program Increment through sprint planning, retrospectives, and demos
- Track and remove impediments to improve the agile team's efficiency and effectiveness
- Collaborate with other Scrum Masters to manage dependencies and ensure consistency across teams
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain an IT-II background investigation
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Seven (7)+ years of related experience
- Certified Scrum Master or Certified SAFe Scrum Master with significant experience coaching Scrum teams
- Strong Agile background, with a minimum of three (3) years' experience leading teams using an Agile Scrum or Scaled Agile approach
- SAFe Advanced Scrum Master, SAFe Practitioner, or any other Scaled Agile Certification
- Prior Oracle EBS Federal Financial Management experience supporting DoD
- Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite, information exchanges, and data warehouse
- Experience with test automation techniques and tools
- Experience with continuous deployment models
