What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Facilitate core Agile events and maintain clarity on sprint goals
• Track and drive resolution of impediments across platforms
• Coordinate cross-team and cross-platform dependencies
• Coach Product Owners and tech leads on prioritization and backlog readiness
• Foster an environment of psychological safety and sustainable pace within teams
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Minimum of eight (8) years of relevant experience
• At least 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in Agile facilitation, with experience managing multiple concurrent development teams
• Proficiency with VersionOne or comparable Agile tools
• Proven ability to facilitate engaging and purposeful Agile ceremonies
• Strong skills in scheduling, tracking, and managing meetings
  
  

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• CSM, PSM, or A-CSM certifications (higher certifications welcomed but not required)
• Experience with informal scaling practices, such as Scrum of Scrums
• Familiarity with basic flow visuals and CI/CD processes
• Creative approach to retrospectives and team engagement activities
