Must-Have Skills:
- Knowledge of datacenter architecture, physical networks, servers, cloud, and virtualization concepts.
- Good Understanding of OSI - L2, L3 layer and hands on experience
- Experience in configuring, managing, and troubleshooting network switches(Ethernet/InfiniBand) along with good understanding on networking topologies/protocols/subnets.

- Experience as a Service Reliability Engineer managing production environments, effective troubleshooting, working as a key team player, collaborating with engineering/product support teams, and documenting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent and reliable processes.
- Proficiency in IT operations, including incident and problem management, ticketing tools, end-to-end troubleshooting, and mitigations meeting SLA.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Good-to-Have Skills:
- Knowledge on Kusto, Power BI, Microsoft Excel
- Experience with scripting languages like Python, or Bash, with an eye for suggesting automation scopes.
- Familiarity with Azure components and features.
- Knowledge of RDMA, hardware; Server, switches, GPU experience is a plus.
