QUALIFICATION REQUIRED:
- Diploma in IT/Computer Science/equivalent OR
- Certificate in IT/Computer Science/equivalent with minimum 3 years’ experience in IT field support
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Ensure Servers, CUTE Workstations, Internet Kiosks, EVIDS screens System are always available and usable to the users/client.
· Provide support and maintenance services for Workstations, EVIDS screens, Internet Kiosks, Daktronics and Baggage Input Console
EXPERIENCE/REQUIREMENTS FOR RECRUITEMENT:
Experience is a preference/advantage, not mandatory
NO OF YEARS: 0 – 3 years
KNOWLEDGE:
Knowledge of computer hardware systems and peripherals. Knowledge of popular operating systems, software applications.
SKILLS:
Good communication, problem solving and team player
JOB DESCIPTIONS:
1. Ensure systems under care are always available and achieve required Service Level Agreement (SLA) set by client
2. Follow instruction given by superior on day to day tasks and activity.
3. Work on a 24x7 shift rotation according to approved roster
4. Conduct Preventive maintenance for system under care
5. Conduct corrective maintenance for system as per incident or change management.
6. Assist in conducting installation, configuration, and upgrade when required.
7. Give the required assistance to airline staffs as well as Engineer for system under care to ensure all systems front end and backend are in good working condition as per the clients need.
8. Should have basic configuration and usage knowledge of system under care.
9. Ensure that all activity carried out are as per set standard operation procedure (SOP) and policy of organization.
10. Provide required reporting to management upon request
11. Adhere and comply to all rules, regulations and policy set by company
