Role- Senior PMO Analyst

Location- Qatar

Exp – 7-10 years

As a Senior PMO Analyst, the candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects through strong governance and reporting capabilities.

This position requires a proactive approach to identifying gaps and addressing them effectively.

The candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing best practices, processes, and templates to enhance project management effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement robust project management methodologies and standards.

- Generate detailed dashboards and steering committee reports.

- Prepare presentations for senior executive teams

- Lead discussions and presentations to stakeholders, highlighting project progress and addressing any issues.

- Monitor project performance, providing regular status reports to stakeholders.

- Identify and address project management gaps by implementing corrective actions and solutions.

- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

- Facilitate project planning sessions and workshops to identify constraints and interdependencies .

- Provide guidance and support to project teams.

- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation and templates.

- Ensure governance and compliance with established standards and practices.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.

- PMP or PRINCE2 certification is preferred.

- Minimum of 5 years of project management office experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role.

- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Good experience in tools like Planview, power BI and other analytical tools

- High Proficiency in creating and presenting project reports, including dashboards and steering committee
