Exciting opportunity to join a well-established telecoms software solutions provider and take a lead role on a major BSS transformation project in the Middle East.

We are looking for an experienced BSS Project Manager to lead large-scale transformation initiatives within telecoms billing and software environments.

The Role

You will be responsible for leading end-to-end delivery of complex BSS projects, contributing to a wider full BSS transformation programme. This role requires strong stakeholder engagement, technical understanding, and proven delivery leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage large-scale BSS transformation projects
• Deliver projects from initiation through go-live, final acceptance, and handover to operations
• Manage integrations across multiple systems and vendors
• Own project schedules, CPA, demand management, and delivery plans
• Provide project-level reporting, governance, and risk management
• Act as the bridge between technical teams and senior stakeholders
• Manage internal and external vendors effectively

Required Experience

• Strong understanding of BSS architectures and stacks
• Knowledge of TM Forum Applications Framework
• Proven experience delivering individual BSS projects as part of wider transformation programmes
• Telecoms industry background, specifically telecoms software / billing solutions
• Experience managing vendors and system integrations
• Mid to Senior level, ideally 10+ years’ industry experience
