We are looking for a Product Analyst who will help make data-driven decisions and drive product development for a million-user audience (in the Education niche). This role involves working with key metrics, monetization, and data infrastructure, as well as building analytical models and dashboards. It's a great opportunity to see the results of your work in metrics and financial indicators, work with a cutting-edge tech stack, and lead your own product areas, scaling analytical solutions across the whole company.

Your responsibilities will be:

• Product performance analysis: metrics, monetization, data infrastructure. Optimization of existing analytics systems (Firebase, Appsflyer, Amplitude)
• Building dashboards, A/B testing, LTV models, and financial forecasts
• Regular calculation of LTV, CAC, evaluation of feature effectiveness and test results
• Participation in business planning: updating forecasts and metrics in line with market changes
• Close collaboration with product managers and stakeholders, presentation of analytical recommendations

What you’ll need:

• 1+ years of experience as a Product/Data Analyst
• Experience conducting A/B testing
• Experience working with Amplitude and Tableau
• Proficiency in SQL and Python (1+ years)
• Experience with automation in Google Sheets/Apps Script
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Experience working with mobile applications would be a plus
