Job Overview
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with 2+ years of experience and strong expertise in motion design using After Effects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing intuitive, visually engaging, and user-centered experiences across web and mobile platforms while collaborating closely with product and engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs for web and mobile applications
- Design engaging motion graphics, micro-interactions, and animations using After Effects (Lottie/Rive is a plus)
- Conduct user research, analyze insights, and translate findings into actionable design improvements
- Maintain and contribute to design systems to ensure consistency across platforms
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to iterate designs based on feedback and usability testing
- Balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints to deliver practical and elegant solutions
- Present design concepts and decisions clearly to cross-functional teams
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, HCI, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- 2+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design or motion design
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects, motion design, and branding work
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or similar design/prototyping tools
- Hands-on experience with After Effects and familiarity with Lottie, Rive, or similar motion tools
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, accessibility standards, and responsive design
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a remote environment
Nice to Have
- Experience designing for SaaS or product-based applications
- Knowledge of basic frontend constraints (HTML/CSS/JS awareness)
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams
