Overview:

We are looking for a Scrum Master to lead and facilitate Agile delivery for multiple Scrum teams working on HRIS module development and integration projects. The ideal candidate will ensure adherence to Agile principles, remove impediments, and foster a high-performing team culture while collaborating closely with product owners and technical leads.

Key Responsibilities:

Agile Facilitation

  • Guide teams in applying Scrum practices and principles effectively
  • Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews
  • Ensure transparency of progress through metrics and reporting

Team Support

  • Remove impediments and blockers to enable smooth delivery
  • Coach team members on Agile mindset and continuous improvement
  • Promote collaboration and accountability within the team

Stakeholder Communication:

  • Work closely with Product Owners to maintain a healthy backlog
  • Communicate sprint progress, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders
  • Align offshore teams with onshore priorities and timelines

Delivery Governance:

  • Track and report on team performance metrics (velocity, burndown charts)
  • Ensure compliance with organizational and client delivery standards

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5+ years in Agile delivery, with at least 2 years as a Scrum Master
  • Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with HRIS platforms (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM) and integration concepts
  • Certifications: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent
  • Tools: Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar Agile tools
  • Soft Skills: Strong facilitation, conflict resolution, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in HRIS implementation or integration projects
  • Knowledge of SAFe or other scaled Agile frameworks
  • Exposure to API-based integrations and middleware technologies
