Your role:

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to facilitate Agile practices and ensure smooth delivery across teams. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Scrum, Kanban, and Scrumban frameworks, with a proven ability to coach teams and remove impediments to achieve high performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a servant leader and coach for Agile teams, promoting continuous improvement.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives).
• Implement and manage Kanban and Scrumban practices where applicable.
• Ensure adherence to Agile principles and best practices across teams.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain a healthy backlog and prioritize work.
• Identify and remove impediments to team progress.
• Track and report key metrics to stakeholders for transparency and improvement.

Your Profile

• Strong experience in Scrum, Kanban, and Scrumban methodologies.
• Excellent facilitation and communication skills.
• Ability to coach teams and stakeholders on Agile principles.
• Experience with Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Rally, Azure DevOps).

Preferred Skills:

• Agile certifications (CSM, PSM, SAFe, or equivalent).
• Experience in scaling Agile practices across multiple teams.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle and DevOps practices.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
