Your Responsibilities

  • Refine GenAI prototypes through study and transformation.
  • Develop, test, and maintain clean, efficient production code for GenAI model deployment and integration, and participate in code reviews.
  • Implement improvements and troubleshoot deployed AI systems.
  • Optimize pipelines for performance and scalability.
  • Collaborate closely with the LaunchAI team and sharing expertise.
  • Work with data engineering, and development teams to design and implement AI solutions.
  • Support technical and business stakeholders; create best practice guides and maintain comprehensive documentation of ML processes.
  • Stay updated on the latest AI innovations.


Your Profile

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • At least 3 years of industry experience in machine learning model development and deployment.
  • Proficient in Python programming and familiar with data science packages.
  • Solid understanding of machine learning frameworks and tooling (e.g., Hugging Face), developer tools (e.g., GIT) and modern deployment architecture (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Solid understanding of GenAI concepts and algorithms.
  • Experience in setting up AI platforms to increase the efficiency of companies.
  • Experience in hosting and deploying models on a public cloud infrastructure (e.g., Azure, AWS).
  • Strong understanding of APIs and software integration.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines is considered as an asset
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory, both written and oral
