Sharepoint Administrator

Role Overview:

As a SharePoint Administrator, you will be responsible for the administration, optimization, and development of our SharePoint environments (On-premises and Online). You will play a critical role in data migration projects, provide high-level support for SharePoint and Teams, and design Power Platform applications to enhance business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Administration & Support:

• Manage and maintain SharePoint On-premises and SharePoint Online environments.
• Administer Active Directory and Entra ID.
• Provide Level 3 support for SharePoint and Microsoft Teams.

Development & Automation:

• Develop and deploy Power Platform solutions (Power Apps and Power Automate).
• Utilize PowerShell scripting for automation and maintenance tasks.
• Work on SPFx/React/TypeScript development (preferred).

Data Management:

• Lead data migration projects from traditional file systems to SharePoint Online.
• Manage databases using SQL Server and Dataverse.

• Power Apps: Intermediate level
• Power Automate: Intermediate level
• PowerShell: Intermediate level
• Purview: Beginner level
• SQL Server: Beginner level
• Dataverse: Beginner level
• Active Directory: Beginner level

• Languages:

Proficiency in French and English is mandatory.
