Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Network Administrator to design, implement, manage, and troubleshoot enterprise network infrastructure. The role focuses on ensuring network stability, security, and scalability while supporting AMR and EUR time zones.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and maintain Cisco network and security infrastructure.
- Administer and troubleshoot Catalyst switches, ISR routers, FirePower/FTD, FMC, WLC, ISE, DNAC, and SD-WAN.
- Manage WAN/LAN networks including wireless, fiber, and copper.
- Monitor network performance and ensure high availability and security.
- Manage network support tickets and escalation as needed.
- Implement and maintain security controls (firewalls, access control, encryption).
- Perform system upgrades, patches, and maintenance.
- Maintain network documentation, diagrams (Visio), and configurations.
- Collaborate with IT teams on scalable network architecture.
- Conduct user training, testing, and technical meetings.
- Participate in on-call and after-hours support as required.
Required Skills & Experience
- 7+ years of hands-on Network Administration experience.
- Strong expertise in Cisco routers, switches, wireless, FTD, ISE, DNAC, SD-WAN.
- Solid understanding of TCP/IP, OSI model, and protocols (SNMP, NetFlow, Syslog, DHCP, DNS, FTP).
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
