The Role

We are seeking a driven and analytical Investment Analyst to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with experience in finance or energy and a passion for sustainable infrastructure. You will support the evaluation, structuring, and execution of renewable energy transactions, working closely with senior team members, developers, and investors.

This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project finance, institutional capital raising, and deal execution in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Investor Engagement & Capital Raising
• Assist in preparing pitch decks, investor materials, and data rooms.
• Support outreach to institutional investors and funding partners.

• Financial & Market Analysis
• Conduct market research, policy review, and financial due diligence.
• Analyse project economics, risks, and return profiles.

• Transaction Support & Execution
• Assist with project finance structuring, PPA reviews, and term sheet negotiations.
• Help manage the transaction lifecycle from origination to financial close.

• Stakeholder Collaboration
• Coordinate with developers, EPCs, advisors, and legal teams to ensure deal execution.
• Maintain internal documentation and contribute to pipeline management.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Actuarial Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in investment analysis, finance, or energy.
• Progress toward CFA or relevant qualifications in energy or infrastructure finance (preferred).
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills (Excel proficiency required).
• Working knowledge of PPAs, project finance, and renewable energy business models.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and writing skills.
• Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a dynamic environment.
