We’re looking for a Data Analyst to join our team and help turn data into decisions. If you love uncovering insights, building powerful dashboards, and working across teams to solve complex problems, this could be the role for you.
What You’ll Do
- Collect, clean, and manage data from various internal and external sources
- Analyse financial and operational data to uncover trends, insights, and opportunities
- Design and deliver intuitive dashboards, reports, and visualisations (Power BI/Tableau)
- Share insights through compelling data storytelling for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Provide ad-hoc analysis to support key business projects
- Automate reports and data workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy
- Collaborate with teams across Product, Engineering, Finance, and Business Operations
- Drive improvements in self-service reporting and business intelligence processes
- Maintain well-documented data models and reporting processes
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or similar (Master’s a bonus)
- 3+ years in data analysis or financial analysis roles
- Experience in financial services, wealth management, or fintech (highly desirable)
- Proficient in SQL, Excel, and Power BI/Tableau
- Strong analytical thinking and a sharp eye for detail
- Comfortable presenting insights to a range of stakeholders
- Solid understanding of financial concepts like investments, portfolios, and reporting
- Python skills for data analysis or automation
- Knowledge of data governance, privacy, and security best practices
- Familiarity with predictive analytics or machine learning concepts
