• Technical design and implementation of integrations together with all involved stakeholders (e.g., Dev, Product, external partners)
• Future-proof design of our platform, making well-informed technology decisions, and designing state-of-the-art backend services.
• Applying Clean Code, Test Driven Development, and Code Reviews in your developer daily routine
• Teamwork and Knowledge Sharing

Qualifications

• Understanding of the "big picture" of an application.
• Expertise in designing, evaluating, and evolving complex software architectures.
• Independent analysis of complex and critical challenges as well as implementing solutions.
• High standards for code quality, test coverage, and adherence to best practices such as Clean Code.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and communicate effectively with various stakeholders (e.g., product managers, clients).
• Fluent German and good English skills.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of Java, the JVM, and the associated ecosystem (e.g., Spring, Hibernate/JPA) as well as relevant professional experience in these areas.
• Experience in developing integrations with various types of APIs (REST, WebServices, ActiveMQ, etc.).
• Experience with the Vaadin UI framework is advantageous.
