Deine Aufgaben

• Entwicklung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Backend-Services (Kotlin/Java, JBoss/WildFly Jakarta EE, Docker)
• Moderne Web-Frontends mit Angular/TypeScript bauen
• APIs designen, testen und dokumentieren (REST/JSON, OpenAPI)
• Datenmodelle & Persistenz (SQL/MySQL) gestalten und optimieren
• CI/CD mitgestalten (Builds, Tests, Deployments über Bitbucket Pipelines)
• Architektur & Code-Reviews im Team

Wie wir arbeiten

• Hybrid & flexibel: 28–38,5 Std/Woche, Gleitzeit, keine Überstundenkultur
• ~2 Tage/Woche im Büro für Austausch & Teamspirit
• Workation: 2 Wochen Sommer + 2 Wochen Winter remote
• Ausstattung: Laptop & Smartphone (Mac/iPhone oder gleichwertig), auch privat nutzbar
• Office: Hellmonsödt/Linz – gute Öffis, Parkplätze, Kaffee/Drinks & Obst – und das Ganze "über der Nebelgrenze" mit viel Sonne ☀️

Gehalt & Entwicklung

Je nach Seniorität € 3.016 – 4.750 brutto/Monat. (Der Vollständigkeit halber weisen wir aber darauf hin, dass für diese Position ein kollektivvertragliches Mindestgehalt von € 2.635,– bzw. € 3.190,- brutto pro Monat gilt – abhängig von KV Stufe).

• Tag 1–7: Onboarding, Setup, erste kleine Verbesserungen shippen
• Monat 1: Erstes Feature Ende-zu-Ende verantwortet
• Monat 3: Teil-Ownership eines Moduls/Services

Your responsibilities

• Develop and enhance our backend services (Kotlin/Java, JBoss/WildFly Jakarta EE, Docker)
• Build modern web frontends with Angular/TypeScript
• Design, test and document APIs (REST/JSON, OpenAPI)
• Design and optimize data models & persistence (SQL/MySQL)
• Shape CI/CD (builds, tests, deployments via Bitbucket Pipelines)
• Collaborate on architecture & code reviews

How we work

• Hybrid & flexible: 28–38.5 hrs/week, flexitime, no overtime culture
• 2 days/week in office for exchange & team spirit
• Workation: 2 weeks summer + 2 weeks winter remote
• Equipment: Laptop & smartphone (Mac/iPhone or equivalent), also for private use
• Office: Hellmonsödt/Linz – good transport, parking, coffee/drinks & fruit – and located "above the fog line" with lots of sunshine ☀️

Salary & Growth

Depending on seniority € 3,016 – 4,750 gross/month. (For completeness we point out that for this position a collective agreement minimum salary of € 2,635 or € 3,190 gross/month applies – depending on KV level).

Your start

• Day 1–7: Onboarding, setup, first small improvements shipped
• Month 1: First end-to-end feature delivered
• Month 3: Partial ownership of a module/service
