Your mission
We are looking for a hands-on Junior Creative Producer who loves making things - videos, social visuals, simple graphics, photography, and motion content.
You’ll help us create clear and engaging marketing content that brings our technology to life.
You will be supported by our Product & Brand Designer for visual direction and templates, while owning the operational side of smaller video shoots, editing, and asset creation. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to learn, problem-solve independently, and build a strong creative portfolio.

We are looking for a hands-on Junior Creative Producer who loves making things - videos, social visuals, simple graphics, photography, and motion content.
You’ll help us create clear and engaging marketing content that brings our technology to life.
You will be supported by our Product & Brand Designer for visual direction and templates, while owning the operational side of smaller video shoots, editing, and asset creation. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to learn, problem-solve independently, and build a strong creative portfolio.
Video Production & Editing
- Plan, film, and capture small-scale productions like interviews, demos, testimonials, office shoots, event recaps…
- Set up audio, lighting, and camera equipment independently
- Edit videos for web, social media, and campaigns
- Create simple motion graphics and UI animations
- Translate product features into short, clear, story-driven content
- Propose new formats, creative ideas, and visual concepts
- Create social media visuals, gifs, thumbnails, banners, and simple layouts
- Adapt brand templates and follow established guidelines
- Support the marketing team with lightweight assets (slides, imagery, ebooks/pagers)
- Retouch and edit photos as needed
- Work closely with the brand and product designer on visual direction
- Participate in creative workshops and marketing planning sessions
- Bring a positive, solution-oriented mindset to projects
Required Skills
- Junior-level design skills to create social assets, thumbnails, banners and simple layouts
- Strong video production and editing skills, including operating cameras, audio, and lighting, and managing small shoots independently (DSLR cameras, softboxes, LED panels)
- Basic motion graphics experience (After Effects or similar) with a good eye for visual quality and detail
- Fast learner with a problem-solving mindset and the ability to work resourcefully in a dynamic environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- English proficiency as working language
- Interest in tech storytelling
- Photography skills (framing, lighting, color correction)
- Experience using AI creative tools (image, video, audio)

- Compensation: For this position, the monthly base salary we offer ranges between € 2.500,-/gross and € 3.000,-/gross. The salary is paid out 14x per year, based on 38,5 hours/week. Your final salary will be in line with your qualifications and experience!
