The IT Access Certification Officer is responsible for managing and overseeing the access certification process to ensure that user access rights are appropriate and comply with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
Your position
- Access Certification Management: Conduct regular access certification reviews to verify that user access rights are appropriate and comply with security policies.
- Policy Enforcement: Implement and enforce access control policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Audit and Compliance: Plan, schedule, and conduct audits of access rights and report findings to management. Follow up on corrective actions to address non-compliance issues.
- Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with various departments to ensure access certification processes are understood and followed. Provide training and support on access certification procedures.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of access certification reviews, audit findings, and corrective actions. Prepare reports for management and regulatory bodies.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks related to access control and certification processes. Recommend improvements to enhance security and compliance.
- Strong analytical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Regulatory Compliance : Understanding of regulatory requirements related to access control and certification
- Audit and Reporting: Ability to conduct audits, analyze data, and prepare detailed reports.
- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Teamwork: Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
- Problem-Solving: Proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues related to access certification.
