🤠 What you'll be doing

• Design and implement machine learning models to solve complex business problems
• Develop data pipelines and workflows for large-scale data processing
• Perform exploratory data analysis to uncover patterns and insights
• Create and maintain predictive models, optimization algorithms, and statistical analyses
• Communicate findings and recommendations through compelling visualizations and reports
• Test, validate, and fine-tune models for accuracy and scalability
• Work closely with data engineers to ensure data integrity and availability
• Contribute to the development of the company’s data strategy and best practices

🤓 Skills & qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a data science or related role
• Proficiency in Python or R, with a strong understanding of data manipulation libraries (e.g., pandas, NumPy)
• Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
• Strong knowledge of SQL and experience working with large datasets
• Solid understanding of statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and probability
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and version control systems (e.g., Git)
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• A proactive and innovative mindset with attention to detail
• Fluent in FR or NL + strong command of English
