Our client is looking for a Tribe Scrum Master to assist the tribe in delivering their goals and ensuring a smooth environment to facilitate continuous improvement.
Please be aware that for this role the successful candidate must have a Belgium residence.
You will be based out of their Brussels office and will be required to go into the office 50% of the time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coaching the squads in the cluster on delivery-related topics.
- Fostering a good collaboration with the concerned clusters in the Risk&Credits tribe (and especially their CSM).
- The Tribe Scrum Master helps the tribe to self-organize / manage, and reinforces scrum / agile practices within the tribe.
Required Skills:
- English speaking and active knowledge of at least French or Dutch.
- delivery of projects in a scaled agile context.
- experience with delivery of projects in a distributed development environment.
- banking experience.
- experience in the world of credits and/or channels.
- excellent communication skills.
- able to cope with complex conflicts of interest between stakeholders.
- able to adopt a helicopter view over the situation to identify and resolve present and future inter-tribe/squad dependencies.
- has a significant influence on those around him/her to promote agile delivery practices at the level of his/her tribe and beyond.
